ChatHim is run by B9 Agencija d.o.o., Trg komandanta Staneta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we"). This page explains what we collect on chathim.me and why. Questions or requests: info@b9agencija.com.

What we collect

• What you type in the application: first name, rough monthly earnings, Instagram handle, phone number, and whether you prefer WhatsApp or Telegram.
• Technical data sent with it: IP address, the country and city it points to, your browser, and the ad or link you came from.
• Meta pixel cookies and events (page view, form steps, application), used to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Why

• To contact you about your application and book a call (legitimate interest and steps before a contract).
• To measure which ads work and show our ads to the right people (legitimate interest).

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare (hosting), our own database server at Hetzner in Germany, Telegram (internal alerts to our team), Meta Platforms (ads measurement), and WhatsApp or Telegram when we message you.

We never sell your data and never share it with fans or other creators.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@b9agencija.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
